Katrina Rodionova
Co-founder & President
Katrina is the co-founder and president of Advanced Regeneration LLC. In 2017 she became a certified laser technician and able to deliver our high intensity laser therapy. She is also a certified Cryoskin technician. Her practice is dedicated to tissue regeneration, corresponding pain reduction and the evolution of advanced, drug free, treatment protocols.
Katrina holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from the International University of Nature, Society and Man in Moscow and undergraduate work in Physical Education from Lesgaft National State University of Sport in St.-Petersburg, Russia. Upon arriving in the United States, Katrina took classes at Long Island University and Columbia to advance her skills in English and computer technology. In New York city she served as a licensed Alcohol and Drug abuse counselor. Katrina’s training in healing arts includes over 800 formal hours as a certified Yoga instructor and she continues to lead multiple yoga classes weekly in Dallas. Katrina blends a mind-body approach with positive philosophy and non-invasive laser therapy to help people transform their lives and become pain free.
David A. Slater, M.D.
Medical Director
David A. Slater, M.D., has been in Family Practice for over 20 years, serving patients throughout North Texas with integrative medicine.*
His devotion to patients has put him at the forefront of telemedicine as well as other recent breakthroughs advancing patient care. As a leader in designing patient protocols in high intensity Class IV laser therapy as well as reproductive therapies, Dr. Slater has customized patient care to a truly concierge level valued by patients. He has always wanted to spend more time with his patients, provide customized one-on-one care, and help people achieve a new level of wellness.
Dr. Slater is a Dallas native, a graduate of Texas A&M University and UT Southwestern Medical School who has often been interviewed for his insights into medical innovation. His medical journey started with his own healing process overcoming catastrophic injuries earlier in life that empowered his enthusiasm for patient healing.
* Integrative medicine is a holistic medical discipline which takes into account the lifestyle habits of a patient. The physician works to treat the whole person rather than just the disease. The mind, body, and soul of a patient are taken into consideration to promote healing and well-being.
Heather Nelson
Heather began her healing arts career at Cooper Institute of Dallas in 2016, where she received her certification in Personal Training (CPT) and Wellness & Nutrition (CPA, AED). Heather joined Advanced Regeneration since we first opened our doors in 2018. She received her initial certification in Non-Invasive Laser Therapy from Phoenix-Thera lase systems in November 2018 and her second certification from Cure Wave lasers in May 2019. She is also a certified Cryoskin technician.
She is the lead technician with extensive training and experience in HILT (High Intensity laser Therapy). Heather truly cares about her patients and their healing progress. Her loving and nurturing approach makes patients feel very comfortable during each laser therapy session. She has helped many of our patients fully recover. Heather is our “Laser Goddess”!
